Last updated: May 2026

GTM Payments ("we," "us," or "our") operates as a payment processing ISO. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through gtmpayments.com.

Information We Collect

When you submit an inquiry through our website, we collect:

We do not collect payment card numbers, bank account information, or Social Security numbers through this website.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use it for advertising purposes.

Information Shared with Third Parties

If you choose to proceed with a merchant application, your business information will be shared with our acquiring bank partners (including Esquire Bank and Merrick Bank) and our backend processor (Electronic Merchant Systems) for underwriting and compliance purposes. This is required to establish a merchant account and is standard practice in the payment processing industry.

We use Formspree to process lead form submissions. Your submitted data is transmitted through their platform to us. We use NMI as our payment gateway for merchants we onboard.

Processing Statements

If you voluntarily send us your current processing statement for rate comparison, we treat it as confidential business information. We use it solely to prepare your rate quote and do not share it with any third party for any other purpose.

Data Retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as necessary to respond to your request and for a reasonable period thereafter. If you become a GTM Payments merchant, your information is retained in accordance with our acquiring bank partners' compliance requirements.

Cookies

This website uses minimal cookies — primarily for basic analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We recommend not sending sensitive financial information (account numbers, SSNs) via email.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's Privacy

Our services are directed to businesses and business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age.
